The GTI Asia China Expo 2012 was a success and the industry eagerly awaits the 5th GTI Asia China Expo scheduled for September 2013.

As a professional annual trade event in China’s animation, game and amusement industry, GTI Asia China Expo has built an important bridge for Chinese game and amusement enterprises to reach overseas markets. The show has always been dedicated to providing industry members with a professional commercial exhibition that can create abundant business opportunities. After four years of endeavor, the show has established a good reputation and gained recognition worldwide. After experiencing a harsh winter in China’s electronic game industry, the 2012 event managed to achieve a breakthrough. The show was not perfect, but it demonstrated its strong power of attracting the participation of industry members from across the world and providing good exhibition with rewarding results.

According to our on-site observations and interviews with some exhibitors, the show has achieved good results as a whole and could basically live up to expectations in all aspects. However, the scale, visitor attendance and on-site transactions of the 2012 event showed a slight decrease compared with those in previous years. The exhibitors believed that such a situation was caused by many varied reasons and the change of show dates and the sluggish macro environment were the major causes. And, among other reasons was that many companies did not have plans to purchase new games because it was near the end of the year. Although many exhibitors expressed that visitor attendance of the 2012 show was not as high as that in previous years, they still believed that GTI Asia China Expo remains the most important event in the industry and they will continue to support the event. For the 5th GTI Asia China Expo, they revealed that they will give great support and eagerly look forward to it. Given that the game and amusement market is going to see a gradual recovery and the show organizers will strengthen efforts in all aspects of execution, the GTI Asia China Expo 2013 is going to be a whole new international event that will present abundant creativity and opportunities for all industry members.

It is slated to take place at Halls 10.1 & 11.1 & 13.1, B Zone of the China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex in Guangzhou. For more information about the event, please stay tuned for our upcoming report and updates on www.gtiexpo.com.twwwwor taiwanslot.com.tw.
