GTI Asia Taipei Expo 2017 will hold on May 11~13 and end up at 16:00 on the third day of exhibition, May 13.  Because it is on Saturday, which is also the rush hours of Taipei City with heavy traffic, there will be a traffic control prohibiting trucks from Xin-Yi District from 16:00~19:00, Taipei, Taiwan. 

Exhibitor Move-out（All exhibits must be out of the building on Saturday, May 13）

First batch: 16:30~18:00, May 13 (Please read through the detail No. 1 below.)

Second batch: 18:30~20:00, May 13. (Please must notify your own design company that all exhibits must be out of the building no later than 20:30, Saturday, May 13.)

Details

1.      The first batch move-out exhibitors should show the Truck Pass Permission to enter the entrances of A zones on Zhuang Jing Road.  Please follow the instructions of the securities and the GTI staffs to enter the booths at A Zones after 16:30.

2.      Depending on the actual flow of traffic, traffic control will end at about 19:00.  By then, all the trucks and cars of the exhibitors can pass in and out at the entrances of A Zones.

3.      Please keep your pass permits safely. Lost permits will not be re-issued.
