GTI Asia Taipei Expo Exhibits Move-out hours will start from 17:00 to 19:00 on May 12, Saturday, which are also the rush hours of Taipei City with heavy traffic. During this period, there will be a traffic control prohibiting trucks from entering Xin-Yi District, Taipei, Taiwan. Trucks of the first batch move-out exhibitors please use Truck Pass Permission to enter the temporary parking area which is a six-meter street on the south of the Exhibition Hall 3 of the TWTC. (In: Sung-Gi Road / Out: Shi-Fu Road)
Exhibitor Move-Out (All exhibits must be out of the building on May 12)
1. First batch: May 12, 16:50~18:30, May 12 (Please read through the detail No.1 below)
2. Second batch: 19:00~21:00, May 12 (All exhibits must be out of the building no later than 21:00, Saturday, May 12)
Details
1. The first batch move-out exhibitors should show the Truck Pass Permission to enter the entrances of B and C zones on Shi-Fu Road. Please follow the GTI staff and security’s instructions to enter the booths at B and C Zones after 16:50.
2. Depending on the actual flow of traffic, traffic control will end at around 19:00. By then, all the trucks and cars of the exhibitors can pass in and out at the entrances of B and C Zones.
3. Please keep your pass permits safely. Lost permits will not be re-issued.
◎ Please contact GTI for the exact number of permits. Since there will be other activities in the neighborhood and an exhibition being held at the same period of time, GTI has to control and deploy the number of vehicles properly in advance to prevent all of the exhibitors from inconvenience caused by traffic congestion. Your patience and cooperation are essential for an efficient move-out.
