Hosted by GTI Magazine (Haw Ji Co., Ltd.), Taiwan Digital Entertainment Association (TDEA), and Taiwan Amusement Machine Association (TAMA), the 17th GTI Asia Taipei Expo will take place on May 2nd~4th, at B&C Zones, Hall 1, Taipei World Trade Center, Taipei, Taiwan.  Although the Penghu casino referendum didn’t pass last year, the reviving global market has stimulated visitors’ expectations to this year’s GTI Expo.  The special guests who will cut the ribbon at the Opening Ceremony include Taiwan Premier Wu Den-yih, President of Legislative Yuan, Wang, Jin-Pyng, and Legislator, Lin, Yu Fang.  Taiwan leading gaming manufacturer, IGS, is one of the highlights at the expo.  Saint-Fun, who recently became an OTC company, will also participate in GTI this year.  With new factory and expanded business, Youal-Jifh will bring its best products to GTI’s expo floor.  Over hundred of companies in Taiwanese gaming industry will exhibit at GTI Asia Taipei Expo, including Mega Biotech & Electronics Co., Ltd., BORDEN Technology Corp., Subsino Co., Ltd., Injoy Motion Corp., Micro Sova Co., Ltd., Wee Chin Electric Machinery Inc. (WECHE), Joymax Technology Inc., and many more. 

The international exhibitors include Namco Bandai, SEGA, and Nippo Tusho Co., Ltd. from Japan, VOGOS, Purse One, and Soarcom from Korea, Game Art Ltd., Caren Electronic Amusement Co., Ltd., and Universal Space Amusement Ltd. from Hong Kong, SO.GE.M.A. spa from Italy, the UK press EuroSlot and InterGame, and Daxing Theme Art Research Center, ZhongShan Golden Dragon Amusement, ZhongShan Luck & Jinying Amusement Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Zhongshan G-Look Amusement Machine Co., Ltd.    

Last year, IGS, SEGA, and Wahlap Technology joined their efforts on “Sangokushi Taisen.”  This year, IGS once again announced their cooperation plan with the famous Japanese R&D company, TAITO, importing “Anger Explosion” and “Music Gun Gun” to China market with the “Three-Culture (Taiwan, Japan, and China) Pattern.”  In this way, a massive amount of players and consumers can have the chance to experience the world-class games.  On May 2nd at 11:30, IGS will host "IGS, TAITO, SEGA, and Wahlap China Market Press Conference” at its booth, B47.  It will announce its “Three-Culture Pattern,” which enable massive Chinese players and consumers to try out the world-class games.

At GTI 2010, the exhibitors will once again host various game tournaments, such as Saint-Fun’s fifth China Cup Street Basketball.  With popular demands and supports, Saint-Fun will host the fifth China Cup Taiwan Final on May 2nd at GTI Expo.  The Champion and the Runner-up will be representing Taiwan in the China Final.  Following the trend of FIFA World Cup South Africa, Saint-Fun will also host Kung Fu Ball Tournament on the same day.  This is a brand new sport machine based on football game.  The Champion will participate in the Grand Finale hosted in this summer vacation, fighting for 100,000 NTD prize.  There will be various prizes for players to draw, including the biggest prize, Wii.  Every player is guaranteed to be satisfied.
