GTI Asia Taipei Expo 2015 is slated to take place on May 7-9 at Areas B & C of Exhibition Hall 1, Taipei World Trade Center and exhibitor registration will commence on January 26. This year’s GTI Asia Taipei Expo will organize a special “Gaming Zone” with strict entrance control and minors under the age of 18 will not be admitted to the area. The “Gaming Zone” will garner developers and providers of gaming machines, parts, accessories and peripheral products and present excellent products and capabilities of the up-, mid- and down-stream sectors of the gaming industry. It will activate direct opportunities for more international trading and exchange and provide integrated shopping on the show floor to meet all the needs of buyers from various countries and regions of the world. 1. Exhibitors who rent 5 standard booths (3m x 3m) will get 1 raw space booth (3m x 3m) for free, and for those who rent 10 standard booths will get 2 raw space booths for free, and so on.
2. The free raw space cannot be converted into cash or transferred/ given to other exhibitors.
Booth Rates and Allocation
3. The price of a standard booth (3m x 3m) decorated/constructed by the official construction company is US$2,000 and will include:
-One standard company fascia board.
-Two chairs.
-One desk.
-Fitted carpeting.
-Three 2.5m high and 4mm thick white wall panels/ partitions.
-Three 100w lights and a plug with basic electric power (110V/5 ampere).
The price of one raw space booth (3m x 3m) is US$1,800, and will include nothing but the space.
4. The registrants who sign up and complete the registration procedure before February 9 are privileged to choose their exhibition space at the 2015 GTI Asia Taipei Expo Exhibitor Coordination and Booth Allocation Meeting on February 28
5. Booth allocation rank/order is decided by each registrant's booth amount and the earliness of completing the registration procedure.
6. If there are 2 registrants booking the same amount of booths, the one without changing its booth amount enjoys a prioritized rank to choose booth location.
7. The act of co-exhibiting to acquire the prioritized rank for booth allocation is strictly prohibited. Violator will lose its rights to choose booth location according to the size of the booth in its future participation and its rights and benefits as an GTI Expo exhibitor will be deprived as well.
7. Registrants who sign up after February 28 will be able to choose their booth location on the second-phase of allocation meeting.
