GTI Asia China Expo 2010 is organized by GTI and is taking place from August 26 to 28 at Hall 1&2, First Floor, Poly World Trade Expo Center in Pazhou of Guangzhou City, China.  To better communicate with registrants, provide them with more details and have and offer an open and fair process, the 2010 Exhibitor Booth Allocation Meeting was held on June 7 at the grand hall of the Guangzhou Panyu Donghuan Sub-District Office.  Over 100 companies have been present to register to secure their favorite booth locations. The process for this year’s booth allocation was based on an opening bidding and drawing.   Exhibitors completing the preliminary registration bade and chose their locations in the order of booth quantity from big to small.  To make sure the whole process was fair and transparent, Mr. OuYang Yun, one of the GTI Asia China Expo Organizing Committee General Executives, has also invited the following attendees to draw lots for the booths:
1. China Council for the Promotion of International Trade – China Chamber of International Commerce – Panyu Branch, on behalf of the government in Panyu, drew lots for booths of 420sqm and 360sqm.
2. Guangzhou Panyu Animation Entertainment Industry Association drew lots for booths of 2800sqm.
3. This year’s honorary consultant Wahlap Technology drew lots for booths of 270sqm.
4. This year’s honorary consultant Shiyu Group drew lots for booths of 196sqm.
5. President of Taiwan Slot Magazine Mr. Thomas Liu drew lots for booths of and under 170sqm.
