The exhibition space rental fees and expenses of hiring security guards should be paid by the exhibitors or exhibitor designated contractors. The amount of charges will be calculated based on each exhibitor’s total exhibit space.
2. Early Move-in Application (Construction Materials Only):
Registration Hours: Sept. 20, 2012, 14:00
Move-in Hours: Sept. 20, 2012, 15:00~17: 00
Note: All registrants should enter the exhibition center according to the above-mentioned schedule and entering the exhibition center ahead of time is NOT allowed. The exhibition center does not accept the application of working overtime on Sept. 20.

3. Booth Height Limit and Multi-Level Booth Application:
Single-level booth should not exceed the height of 4.5 meters and 2-level booth should not exceed the height of 6 meters.
Note: The total area of the 2nd floor is limited only to that half of the 1st floor and every 20 square meters on each floor should mount 2 fire extinguishers that are required to be supplied by the exhibitors or their contractors. Exhibitors wishing to set up a 6-meter-height booth must submit their application forms to the GTI EXPO Organizing Committee in advance.
◎ Exhibitors must specify their requests from the above-mentioned items and submit their applications beforehand. Exhibitors and their contractors without applications will have no rights to enter the exhibition center. Any violation will be fined according to the rules and regulations of the exhibition center.
