GTI Asia China Expo 2012 will soon commence on September 23~25 in Guangzhou. To make all the registered exhibitors have a more comprehensive preview of GTI Expo’s arrangements in the B Zone of the China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex and acknowledge them the move-in/out notices and required regulations, the GTI EXPO Exhibitor Coordination Meeting will be held from 14:00 to 17:00 on August 15 at the assembly hall of Guangzhou Panyu Donghuan Sub-District Office. All registered exhibitors should send representatives to attend the meeting in person, especially for those raw-space exhibitors that are required to hire the qualified booth decoration companies following the pre-set requirements. Moreover, the GTI EXPO Organizing Committee will provide necessary information regarding maximum limit for booth decoration, move-in/out hours, exhibits shipping, and so forth and will answer the related questions in the Q&A session.
